Quality Management System

Quality Assurance

State-of-the-art laboratory equipment enables Polyblend to make a wide range of tests. Despite the continually changing and increasing product demands we are able to provide quality controls accompanying the entire production process. Thereby Polyblend ensures a consistent high quality standard of its compounds.

Tensile, flexural and compression testing, impact testing (Charpy, Izod), Shore A/D hardness

 

Thermal analysis (DSC, TGA), Vicat/HDT, ageing (VDE, UL), thermostability

 

Melt index, viscosity (capillary rheometer, rotation viscosimeter)

 

Colour, light/weather resistance, microscopy

Extrusion (strip, tube, blow/cast film), injection molding, pressure filter testing, kneading test

 

Chromatography (GC, HPLC), spectroscopy (FTIR)

Density, moisture, ash content, fire behavior, particle size distribution
